This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Melody Mattresses, managed by V V ENTERPRISES (“we”, “our”, “us”).
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
- Strict Policy
We follow a strict policy for all products:

❌ No Replacements
Once a product is purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced under any circumstances.
This includes (but is not limited to):
Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Comfort preference issues
Product not meeting personal expectations
Delay in delivery
Minor variations in size, color, or finish
Any other personal preference reason
Customers are advised to carefully review product specifications, dimensions, and customization details before placing an order.
- Refund Policy (Only Exception)
Refunds will be provided only in the following case:
✅ Duplicate Transaction
If a customer is charged more than once for the same order due to a payment gateway error or technical issue:
The duplicate transaction will be verified
The excess amount will be refunded
Refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
No other refund requests will be accepted.
- Customized Product Policy
Customized or made-to-order mattresses are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has started
Customers must confirm all specifications before order placement - Order Cancellation
Orders once placed, cannot be cancelled - Limitation of Liability
Melody Mattresses shall not be liable for:
Incorrect product selection
Personal comfort dissatisfaction
Delivery delays caused by logistics
Improper use or handling of products
Any indirect or consequential losses
